  • Amanda Hart Cravotta
    COO
  • With over 30 years of experience working in the IT industry, Amanda's background includes sales, marketing, and management. She has a successful track record of building solid business partnerships with customers and other companies with whom she works. Amanda used her experience with large companies and start-ups, to launch PEAK Computer Solutions, Inc. in 1995. Amanda attributes much of PEAK’s success to the strong relationships she has built over her 30 year career and the fact that PEAK conducts all business transactions with the highest integrity.

    Amanda has been a member of the Armed Forces and Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA) for 20 years. She has also been a member of NCMS since 2006, an organization of industrial security professionals.  Amanda has a very strong interest in renewable energy and has been a member of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES) since 1999.

    Amanda’s studies include Business and Liberal Arts through James Madison University, George Mason University, Arts and Writing through Naropa University, and independent studies in Philosophy and Arts.
  • Michael Warren Cravotta
    President and CEO
  • With over 30 years of experience working in the IT industry, Mike’s background includes programming, systems analysis, sales, marketing, and management. Mike has a history of success with large systems integrators and has been a major contributor to the growth of two small, minority owned businesses.  Mike also has 21 years of experience as an officer in the Army Reserves and National Guard.

    Mike was a member of the Reserve Officers Association (ROA) from 1981-2001 and a member of Virginia National Guard Association (VNGA) from 1994-2001. He has been a member of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) since 2001.

    Mike’s studies include Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, and Accounting through James Madison University. Through the military, Mike completed officer’s basic and advanced courses, and Combined Arms and Services Staff School.

  • John Bloodgood
    Senior Network / Telecommunications Engineer
    John is a retired 24-year US Air Force Technical Controller with a strong background in deployable/tactical communications, satellite communications, and 8 years experience in the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN). John’s expertise includes a variety of communication transport and transmission systems including fiber optics, SONET, TDM, IP, DWDM, and various RF systems as well as with legacy serial data and analog communications systems. Since joining PEAK in 2006 he has primarily supported the military Space Based Infra-Red System (SBIRS) and the Space Command Digital Integrated Network (SDIN), but has also been deployed twice to Afghanistan in support of the US Army.
  • Rich Hammonds
    Information Systems Security Auditor
    Rich began his IT career in 1980 as a Secure Communications Specialist with the United States Air Force. Throughout his 33 year career he would gain a broad spectrum of IT experience; to include secure tactical communications, network and system administration, network security, information assurance, quality assurance, and IT management; before joining the PEAK family as the Information Systems Security Auditor for the B-2 Weapons System Support Center at Tinker AFB, OK.

    Rich holds an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Science in Management Information System Security from Colorado Technical University. He is an active member of his local chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
  • Gregory Manchev
    Network Security Engineer
    Greg began his IT career in 2000 at the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Network Operation Security Center (NOSC) followed by assignments with the Air Force Network Integration Center (AFNIC) and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). He has a comprehensive background in network management and cyber security derived from 22 years’ supporting Air Force network operations as both an active-duty airman and as a direct support contractor. His main responsibilities are to provide proactive management and real-time monitoring of the network connectivity to all B-2 stealth bomber program sites to include the program office at Wright-Patterson AFB, the operational fleet at Whiteman AFB and several cleared defense contractors supporting sustainment and modernization efforts of the B-2 Platform.
  • Greg’s studies include an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the Oklahoma City University and holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (CISSP-ISSEP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications.
